Stunning 2Bd/2Bth bungalow apartment near vibrant Atwater Village. Nestled within a fully gated compound, this cottage is a hidden gem. The home has every amenity for an amazing extended stay: fully equipped kitchen, laundry, Central AC, and gated parking. A cozy little private backyard for relaxation. Located in a lively neighborhood with shops, eateries, grocery, and transportation within steps. A tranquil retreat with Hollywood, Glendale, Downtown, Silverlake all under a 10-minute drive.
The unit has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room space. The two bedrooms have 1 queen bed each. One of the bedrooms has a built-in bathroom with a stand-in shower, while the hallway has the second bathroom with a bathtub.
It is a fairly quiet mixed neighborhood of working class families, college students, and young professionals located right in the middle of LA with the popular neighborhoods of Downtown, Hollywood, Glendale, Pasadena being minutes away. The Glendale Galleria Mall and the beautiful Americana on Brand are a few minutes away. There's a nice park right outside our front driveway gate. Atwater Village with a very popular hang-out street lined with restaurants, bars, and shops is less than a mile away. Groceries and restaurants are also all very close. For being in a central, fun-filled, and lively neighborhood in LA, our place ticks all the boxes.
Public bus stops are all around our property that you can take to get to anywhere in the city within minutes. You can connect from the bus to a subway station that's just about 2.5 miles away that will take you straight to Santa Monica beach.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow apartment near vibrant Atwater Village. The property is tucked away in a fully gated compound, offering a peaceful and secure retreat while still being in the heart of a lively neighborhood. The apartment is well-equipped for an extended stay with a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and central AC. The cozy private backyard was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring LA.
The space itself is wonderfully laid out, with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area that felt very spacious and inviting. Both bedrooms were comfortable, each with a queen bed, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. One bedroom even had its own private bathroom with a stand-in shower, which was a nice touch.
Location-wise, it couldn't be better. Atwater Village is full of great eateries, shops, and bars, all within walking distance. Plus, with Downtown, Hollywood, Glendale, and Silverlake just a short drive away, I was able to explore all of LA with ease. The Glendale Galleria and Americana on Brand were a few minutes away, and there’s a lovely park right outside the property.
I also loved how easy it was to get around—public bus stops are close by, and the subway is just a few miles away, taking you straight to Santa Monica beach. This apartment truly has everything you need for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in LA. Highly recommend!
