Ultra-modern cozy bungalow and pool house located in Venice

I had the most amazing vacation staying at this private bungalow complex! The property is absolutely breathtaking, with its modern design and perfect location between Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina Del Rey. It’s so easy to get to the beach, nightlife, and dining—all just a short bike ride or quick drive away. The main bungalow was perfect for our group. It’s compact but feels incredibly spacious and luxurious. The 3 bedrooms are cozy yet comfortable, each with its own TV, which was a nice touch. The living room, with its fireplace and sound system, was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The dining table seated all of us comfortably, making mealtimes a breeze. The guest house across the pool yard was a real gem. It’s modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. We used it as a quiet work area during the day and a bedroom at night—it worked out perfectly! The pool area was the highlight of the trip. Having a bathroom nearby was so convenient, and we spent hours relaxing by the pool. The garage was also a great feature—it fit our two cars easily and gave us peace of mind with secure parking. Overall, the property was a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience. With Venice, Santa Monica, and Marina Del Rey all just minutes away, we had the best time exploring, dining, and relaxing.
